OWEB Biennial Conference 2010 launches

This will be our 11th biennial conference. Past conferences have drawn 350-450 of those actively involved in watershed improvement projects. Our attendees represent the diversity of those doing this important work: volunteers and staff of watershed councils and soil and water conservation districts; non-profit agencies; regional, state and federal agency employees, contractors, and interested citizens. Our conference provides a forum for these dedicated people to advance their professionalism, learn best practices from one another and form a community of practitioners.
