Call for Posters

Share your successes! Inspire others! Be a part of the Conference Poster Sessions – an opportunity to show what you are doing on your home ground, in your classroom, in your work or volunteer efforts, to benefit watersheds, water quality and quantity, or fish and wildlife and their habitats.

We intend to encourage conference attendees to visit Posters and Exhibits during all breaks. And while you are welcome to be present near your poster during those times, the only time we expect and look forward to your presence near your poster is during the official Exhibitor and Poster Session Reception which will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 from 5:30 to 6:15 pm.

What to prepare:
A poster presentation combines text and graphics to make a visually pleasing presentation. Your title, a few key graphics and limited text should spark the interest of someone walking by and provide enough information to quickly communicate your main messages.

Poster set up and tear down:
Poster authors will need to supply their own display hardware such as easels or tri-fold boards 36″ x 48″. No electricity will be available for the poster sessions and two posters will be displayed on each 6ft table.
