
OWEB's 11th biennial conference occurs over a three-day period drawing 350-450 of those actively involved in working to restore and improve Oregon’s watersheds. You should attend the conference if you are a volunteer or staff of watershed councils and soil and water conservation districts; non-profit agencies; regional, state and federal agency employees, contractors, and interested citizens.
